Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled as long as the product has not yet been shipped or produced. When an order is cancelled in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Unfortunately, an order can no longer be cancelled once the item has already been shipped out.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to send a return back to us.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it arrived—unworn or unused, with its tags still on, in the original packaging, and with all component parts included.
We do NOT accept returns on products that have been personalized or customized, unless there is a genuine quality issue.
To begin a return, simply reach out to us at wuyuosnkiddomind@gmail.com. If your message is about a refund or return, please let us know whether there’s a specific reason you’d like one, and attach any photos or videos if you think a product is defective. Doing so helps us speed up the refund or return process.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please reach out to our customer service first so you can be sure you’re sending the package to the correct address. The mailing address will be provided by email.
Notes
Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for the 14-day refund.
When a return happens because of the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The exact amount will depend on the courier company you decide to use.
If the goods you received are damaged or incorrect because of something on our end, you will not be asked to cover the shipping cost for that reason.
No restocking fee will be charged to customers for returning a product. We only cover pre-paid return postage for defective items when this is shown through photo or video evidence. In all other cases, return postage will be at the customer’s expense. Customers sending items back MUST email wuyuosnkiddomind@gmail.com with accurate and correct tracking information for the return within 2 weeks of posting the return out.

Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you currently have, and—once that return is accepted—place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
After your return has been received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve got it. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 business days. Late or missing refunds
If your refund hasn’t shown up yet, start by checking your bank account once more.
Next, contact your credit card company, since it can take some time—around 3-7 business days—before the refund is officially posted. After that, get in touch with your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at wuyuosnkiddomind@gmail.com.
